Drake – Gimme A Hug MP3 DOWNLOAD: Drake has released a new album titled “$ome $exy $ongs 4 U,” in collaboration with PARTYNEXTDOOR, featuring the song Gimme a Hug appearing at number 10, which includes references to his ongoing rap feud with Kendrick Lamar.

This marks Drake’s first new music since Lamar’s Super Bowl halftime show, where he performed Not Like Us, a diss track accusing Drake of serious allegations in front of an audience of 127 million.

In Gimme a Hug, Drake kicks off with the line, “Drake elimination, fake intimidation,” which some interpret as a response to Kanye West, who previously spoke about wanting to see Drake dethroned from the rap industry.

He then compares himself to Neo from The Matrix, suggesting that, despite attacks against him, he continues to survive and thrive. The lyrics also imply that other rappers, including Lamar, use his name for attention and promotion.

Later in the song, Drake addresses those anticipating his downfall, claiming that his absence would leave a void in hip-hop. Without directly mentioning Lamar, he appears to mock the rapper’s intellectual style, suggesting that a future king of rap might have “girls on stage twerkin’ with a dictionary.”

However, by the end of the track, Drake signals his desire to move past the feud, rapping, “Fuck a rap beef, I’m tryna get the party lit.”Despite this, tensions between the two artists remain high.
