The management of the well-known rapper has issued an official statement clarifying the details of the incident that happened on the George Walker Bush Highway in response to reports that went viral regarding Edem’s purported involvement in a fatal car accident.
According to reports, the incident happened on Sunday, December 10, not long after Edem’s United Television appearance.
Edem’s car flipped over following the collision, according to the statement that was made public, but the artist is doing very well.

It further stated that while the case is still being investigated, Edem is fully assisting the police.
Another part of the statement said, “Edem is currently complying with the police service for due process as the case is still under investigation.”
The veteran Ghanaian rapper, once known as Ayigbe Edem, ran into trouble with the law earlier today after hitting a 40-year-old woman on the N1.
He was arrested by the Ghana Police and charged. He was granted a bail of GHc50k by the Kaneshie District Court.
The family of the late woman is yet to react to the whole situation.
