This meeting supposedly led to a non-consensual encounter with the couple. Subsequently, they were asked to meet at a Los Angeles nightclub, where Jane Doe alleges she was given a drink by Tiny, leading to a series of events that culminated in a hotel room.

Despite over 30 women previously accusing the couple of similar offenses, T.I. and Tiny vehemently deny these allegations.
The couple, in a joint statement, claim the plaintiff had been threatening to file the lawsuit for three years and dismissed the claims as fake.
Their lawyer added that not only are the allegations baseless, but the lawsuit missed the deadline.
It’s worth noting that T.I. and Tiny faced multiple accusations in 2021, with one Los Angeles case being dismissed in September of that year.
As this legal battle unfolds, the celebrity couple continues to maintain their innocence and vows to fight against what they deem as extortionate demands.
