In a recent development, rapper T.I. and his wife, Tiny Harris are facing a new civil lawsuit dating back to 2005.
The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, a former member of the U.S. Air Force stationed in Los Angeles, alleges she was drugged and $exually assaulted by the celebrity couple.
Jane Doe claims to have met a man known as “Caviar” at a party at Coolio’s home, who allegedly worked for T.I. and Tiny.
This meeting supposedly led to a non-consensual encounter with the couple. Subsequently, they were asked to meet at a Los Angeles nightclub, where Jane Doe alleges she was given a drink by Tiny, leading to a series of events that culminated in a hotel room.
The legal documents filed under California’s $exual Abuse and Cover-Up Accountability Act highlight the serious accusations, including s3xual battery, assault, negligence, and false imprisonment.
Despite over 30 women previously accusing the couple of similar offenses, T.I. and Tiny vehemently deny these allegations.
The couple, in a joint statement, claim the plaintiff had been threatening to file the lawsuit for three years and dismissed the claims as fake.
Their lawyer added that not only are the allegations baseless, but the lawsuit missed the deadline.
It’s worth noting that T.I. and Tiny faced multiple accusations in 2021, with one Los Angeles case being dismissed in September of that year.
As this legal battle unfolds, the celebrity couple continues to maintain their innocence and vows to fight against what they deem as extortionate demands.
