Famous Ghanaian comedian Funny Face was involved in a car accident on Sunday, March 24, 2023, and as a result, he was placed under two weeks of police imprisonment.
Around eight o’clock at night, Funny Face is said to have struck five pedestrians with his Hyundai Atos at Kasoa, Kakraba Junction.
Funny Face was taken into police custody after the collision and has been there ever since. He was remanded into detention after his Tuesday, March 26, appearance in court at the Kasoa-Akweley District Court.

Funny Face was seen leaving the courtroom with a police escort, even though he hasn’t yet spoken on the accident.
Thankfully, the incident did not result in any fatalities. However, a close relative claims that the victims’ injuries were potentially fatal.
