The wrestling world is still reeling from the passing of WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, and new details about his estate have now emerged.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly and TMZ, the late superstar left his entire $5 million estate to his only son, Nick Hogan, with daughter Brooke Hogan not listed as a beneficiary.

Nick Hogan has since filed legal documents to serve as a co-personal representative of his father’s estate.

Hulk Hogan, born Terry Bollea, first executed his will in 2016. It was reportedly updated multiple times between 2017 and 2023, reflecting ongoing changes in his personal life and relationships.

The wrestling legend tragically died on July 24, 2025, at the age of 71, following a fatal heart attack linked to a form of leukemia.

Brooke Hogan’s Absence From the Will

Reports suggest Brooke Hogan was intentionally excluded from the inheritance after she requested to be removed from her father’s will in 2023.

Although the two were estranged for years, Brooke shared a heartfelt message on Instagram after his passing:

“When he left this earth, it felt like part of my spirit left with him. I felt it before the news even reached us. I know he’s at peace now, out of pain, and in a place as beautiful as he imagined.”

What Hulk Hogan Left Behind

Court filings reveal Hogan’s assets included:

  • $200,000 in cryptocurrency
  • $799,000 in personal and intellectual property
  • $4 million in publicity rights
  • An unspecified amount tied to a potential medical malpractice lawsuit

Interestingly, his widow, Melanie Sky Daily, was also not named as a beneficiary. However, reports indicate she plans to pursue a medical malpractice lawsuit against one of Hogan’s doctors.
