Latest Entertainment News (Townflex) – Oscar winner Jamie Foxx vehemently denies accusations of sexual assault stemming from a 2015 lawsuit over a photo incident.
In our earlier publication on the matter, an individual, identified as Jane Doe, alleged that Foxx touched her inappropriately during a photo opportunity at Catch NYC & Roof.
As detailed in the filed lawsuit according to TMZ, the evening unfolded in August 2015 at Catch NYC & Roof around 11 PM, with Foxx seated in the rooftop lounge and bar. The plaintiff, upon arriving, observed Foxx merely a table away.
The plaintiff, seated with a friend, approached Foxx for a photo. In response, Foxx, seemingly inebriated, agreed and made comments comparing the woman to actress Gabrielle Union. The accuser states that Foxx continued with compliments about her body and scent during the encounter.
The legal action seeks compensation for the endured pain, suffering, emotional distress, anxiety, and humiliation. The plaintiff claims to have experienced physical discomfort necessitating medical attention as a consequence of the alleged assault.
