In a recent legal battle, “Bling Empire” personality Jessey Lee emerged victorious as a judge dismissed serious abuse allegations made by his ex-wife, Crystal Hoang Lee.
The court ruling came after Crystal sought a restraining order against Jessey, accusing him of violence towards her and their children.
Crystal’s claims included an accusation that Jessey physically harmed one of their children for not going to sleep, and she further asserted that he was responsible for a miscarriage she suffered, although details on the latter allegation remained unspecified in court documents.

Despite these shocking accusations, the judge ultimately dismissed all claims due to a lack of supporting evidence.
Adding to the complexity of the situation, Crystal also accused Jessey of hitting her, abandoning their family to engage in gambling activities, and disrupting the lives of their children.

Notably, Jessey had already been granted temporary full custody by a Texas judge before Crystal initiated the legal proceedings.
Jessey’s attorney, James Daily, expressed deep concern about the impact of sensationalist claims in the media. He highlighted the overwhelming evidence against Crystal Lee, citing her guilt on 73 counts of contempt.
Daily argued that Crystal’s actions aimed to tarnish Jessey’s character and overlooked the well-being of their children.
He painted Jessey as a devoted father and respected businessman whose identity had been unfairly overshadowed by false allegations.
This legal victory marks a turning point for Jessey Lee, who can now focus on rebuilding his public image and maintaining a stable environment for his children.
