BTS’ Jung Kook clinched the Song of the Summer award at the 2023 MTV VMAs with his single “Seven,” featuring Latto.

This 26-year-old singer made history as the first male K-pop soloist to win this title two years in a row, and he’s the only K-pop artist to win in a non-K-pop category.

In 2022, he also won the same award for his collaboration with Charlie Puth on “Left and Right.”

Winning the award for MTV VMA 2023 ‘SONG OF THE SUMMER‘ category is a great deal for Jung kook as it wasn’t and easy task. Jung Kook was in the same category with the likes of Beyonce, Billie Eilish, Doja Cat, Nicki Minaj, Taylor Swift, SZA, and other great ttalents, and more, but he emerged victorious.
