In a world filled with challenges and uncertainties, music can be a powerful source of solace and inspiration, which is why budding Ghanaian gospel singer and songwriter, Minstrel LATY embarks on a journey to bring closer the word of God to the youth as she takes her annually held “Journey to the Throne Concert” to the school for a High School Tour. The gifted singer, LATY has taken up the mission of touching hearts and souls through the uplifting power of worship with a special focus on reaching out to the youth and spreading the message of faith.
Before embarking on the JTT High School Tour, Minstrel LATY initially set her sights on a church tour across the Central region, starting from Kasoa. Throughout the year, her soul-stirring performances and messages of faith resonated deeply within congregations.

However, her calling extended beyond the church walls. Recognizing the significance of reaching out to the youth, especially those in schools, LATY decided to expand her touring to include High Schools.
With a vision to touch as many young hearts as possible, Minstrel LATY passionately seeks to engage every High School in Ghana. Her dedication to this mission reflects her commitment to spreading hope and faith to the next generation.
For the time being, the gifted Gospel musician will continue touring Churches as well as High schools as she gears up for her next mega show, the Journey To The Throne Concert which is scheduled to come off in September 2024.
High School Tour With Laty
As part of reaching out and spreading the gospel to the youths, Laty kick-started her Journey To The Throne High School Tour on Friday, July 21st, 2023, in the central region.
On the 21st, Minister Laty graced Odupong Senior High School located at Kasoa, Offakor-Jei river, in the central region of Ghana where she graced the school with an electrifying performance that left students and attendees in awe.
On a mission to bring the divine experience of worship to young hearts across the region. Over 1500 students gathered at the Assemble Ground, singing their hearts out to their favorite worship songs in harmony as Laty performs on stage.
As the melodies filled the air, a tangible sense of divine presence descended upon the assembly. Teachers and students alike were deeply moved by LATY’s powerful ministration. The power of worship became palpable, touching every heart present.
Minstrel LATY took the opportunity to pray with the students, seeking God’s blessings upon their academics and every aspect of their lives, including their parents, guardians, and tutors.
The impact of the encounter with the Holy Spirit was undeniable, with over 150 students surrendering their lives to Christ Jesus. It was a profound moment of transformation, leaving a lasting impression on the hearts of the young souls present.
The Founder of The Throne Elevation Ministries, Reverend Rueben Quashie led and prayed for the students who gave their lives to Christ Jesus.
Minstrel LATY’s ministry is not just about music; it’s about touching lives and making a lasting impact.
