The Ghana Police Service has taken to social media and has announced that there has been an accident at Accra, as an Accra-bound military bus carrying some military personnel got involved in a single accident between Ajei-Kojo and Tema Abattoir stretch of the Kwame Nkrumah Motorway (N1).
The police service made this known to the general public via their social media pages, that the incident took place on Wednesday, April 6, 2022.
According to the Ghana police’s Twitter post, personnel of the Motor Transport and Traffic Directorate (MTTD) are currently at the scene to manage the flow of traffic.

As of the time of this post, it is not yet made known as to how many Military personnel were being conveyed and also whether some got injured, or even rushed to the hospital for treatment, we just hope no one got injured, but do stay close as we will keep you informed in an updated post once we have any information regarding the incident.
As work is being carried on by the Road Safty Management personnel to recover, tow and roll over the buss, the Law Enforcement team also cautions Accra bound approaching motorists asking them to exercise patience.
