On Sunday, Egyptian soccer star, Mohamed Salah became Liverpool’s all-time leading goalscorer in the Premier League, etching his name in the club’s history books.
In the match against arch-rivals Manchester United at Anfield, Salah needed to score two goals to surpass Robbie Fowler’s record, which he achieved by scoring a brace as Liverpool triumphed with a 7-2 victory.
Salah’s tally for Liverpool in the Premier League now stands at an impressive 129 goals in just 2005 appearances.

At the age of 30, Mohamed Salah surpassed previous Liverpool club legends Steven Gerrard (120) and Michael Owen (118) in the Premier League goalscoring charts, before leapfrogging Robbie Fowler’s previous record of 128 goals to become the club’s all-time leading goalscorer in the Premier League.

Since joining the club in 2017, he has been one of the best players in England, winning the Golden Boot award three times and setting the record for the most goals in a 38-game Premier League season in 2018 by scoring 32 goals.
