Singer-turned-actress Nana has joined the ranks of South Korea’s elite homeowners with the purchase of a private luxury villa in the exclusive Arcadia Signature development, located in Achiul Village, Acheon-dong, Guri-si, Gyeonggi Province.
According to media reports dated June 5 KST, Nana acquired the 221-square meter property in March for a staggering ₩4.2 billion KRW (approximately $3.1 million USD).
The actress reportedly financed her purchase through a bank loan of ₩2.7 billion KRW, covering about 64% of the total cost.
Arcadia Signature, completed in May 2023, has quickly gained a reputation as a celebrity enclave. It already houses prominent figures such as actress Han So Hee and actress Choo Ja Hyun.
Achiul Village, where the upscale development is situated, is rapidly becoming one of the most affluent residential areas in the country.
The neighborhood is also home to high-profile names including Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin, actress Oh Yeon Seo, legendary producer J.Y. Park, and H.O.T member Moon Hee Jun.
As Nana settles into her new luxury home, her move signals a broader trend of South Korean celebrities investing in Gyeonggi Province’s rising luxury real estate market.
