Information reaching Townflex.com has it that the Super Eagles of Nigeria’s first-choice goalkeeper, Maduka Okoye is out of the upcoming world cup play-offs against the Black Stars of Ghana.
The Black Stars Of Ghana as you already know will be hosting the Super Eagles of Nigeria as they play their first leg of the 2022 Qatar world Cup play-offs on Friday, Match 25, 2022, at Kumasi, Baha Yara Sports Stadium in Ghana.
Four days after, which is on 29th, March, both teams will be meeting at Abuja, Nigeria at the Moshood Abiola Stadium to play the second leg of the qualifiers.

Well, a new update from the camp of the Nigerian National team, the ‘Super Eagles’, has it that their Keeper, Maduka Okoye has been ruled out of the clash.
According to reports, Okoye who happens to be one of the team’s members expected to be with his teammates will not be able to make it over an illness that is undisclosed.
However, per the information, we have gotten so far, Okoye has been replaced by Enyimba FC goalkeeper, John Noble.
The news of this illness was announced by the official Facebook page of the National Team of Nigeria as they wished him a speedy recovery.
The post read;
“Update! Maduka Okoye out of the clash against Ghana due to illness, he has been replaced by Enyimba FC goalkeeper, John Noble. Get well soon Maduks! #SoarSuperEagles“
