Olivia Rodrigo, the up-and-coming music star, has decided to delay her planned promotional tour in Australia for her new album, “Guts.”

Reports say that Rodrigo, who had interviews scheduled to promote her second album, had to cancel the tour because of unexpected issues.

A spokesperson from Universal Music Australia expressed Olivia’s sadness, saying, “Olivia is really disappointed that she won’t be able to make it, but she’s looking forward to seeing her Australian fans in 2024.”

Notably, Rodrigo’s first album, “Sour,” which came out in 2021, was a massive success, spending eight weeks at number one on the ARIA chart.

Recently, on her Instagram, the American singer celebrated her second album, “Guts,” reaching number one on the US Billboard album chart. She shared a playful selfie with the caption, “This is how I feel right now.”

Earlier this month, it was reported that Olivia was finally going to Australia after her record-breaking success in the country. She was also planning to have a Q&A session with her fans on September 22, along with doing interviews with local media.
