Townflex Entertainment News – Two of Davido’s domestic staff who were at his Banana Island estate mansion on the night his son died were detained by the Lagos State Police Command, according to the information gathered.
As many of you already know, the law enforcement team apprehended eight employees who were on duty when the unfortunate occurrence occurred for questioning after the death of Davido’s three-year-old son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, who drowned in the pool inside his father’s property.
Following the arrest of the domestic employees, the spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command, Benjamin Hundeyin, announced that they would be sent for questioning and that anyone found to be accountable would be held for further investigation.
Six of the eight people held have been released, but the other two, Ifeanyi’s cook and nanny, were judged to be culpable and detained pending additional investigation.
The sad news of Ifeanyi’s death was announced on Monday night, October 31, 2022, just a few days after celebrating his third birthday which was on October 20th.
Confirming the death of his son, the popular Nigerian Singer, and entertainer, Davido took to his official Instagram account on Monday night where he shared a black photo with the caption; “Trying Times. But my God is Always and Forever Faithful”.
Ifeanyi Adeleke was the first son of the singer, Davido whom he had with his fiancee, Chioma Rowland.
The police following the controversies surrounding the death of the young boy might move to conduct autopsy.
