Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing more severe allegations, as federal prosecutors have added two more alleged victims to the ongoing criminal case against the music mogul.
In a revised indictment filed on Thursday in the Southern District of New York, Combs is now accused of additional charges of sexual abuse, racketeering, and sex trafficking, expanding the scope of his alleged crimes.
Combs, who was arrested in September 2024, was originally charged with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The revised indictment, however, claims that he victimized five women, alleging that Combs used his powerful position within the music industry to lure and manipulate them into his orbit under false pretenses of romantic relationships, with coercion and threats of force.
According to the new indictment, Combs and his associates reportedly wielded their power and influence to intimidate and pressure the victims into engaging in commercial sex acts.
In return, the women were allegedly compensated with monetary payments, career opportunities, and even rent and housing assistance.

The first indictment filed in September painted a disturbing picture of Combs’ alleged criminal activities, describing his vast business empire as a front for a “criminal enterprise” that included kidnapping, arson, physical violence, and sex trafficking, among other crimes.
The revised charges now bring the total number of alleged victims to five women, with the latest victims added to the list.
Combs, who remains in custody at the Special Housing Unit at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, has denied all the charges, calling the allegations baseless.
His defense team maintains his innocence and is preparing for trial, which is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025.
As the case continues to unfold, Combs’ legal team is expected to vigorously defend the music mogul, while prosecutors work to strengthen their case against him.
