Happy Herbalist seems to be a request from the Ghanaian Reggae/Dancehall artise to the president of the republic of Ghana.
In this song Rass Kuuku pleads with the Government to legalize the use of marijuana, by explaining some of the benefits of it.
According to the Herbalist “Ras Kuuku” the herb has been approved for use in many countries. A herb created by God is a good herb.
