Latest Entertainment News, Ghana (Townflex) – Multi-award-winning Ghanaian rap star, Sarkodie has announced the return of his annually held ‘This Is Tem Festival’ after going on a break for a while.
The rapper took to his social media handles on Monday, October 30, where he made the announcement about the return of the event, shared its dates, and also promised this year’s edition will be bigger and better than the previous ones.
ThisIsTema: The 2023 edition of the festival will happen over two days, starting on Friday, December 1, and ending on Saturday, December 2.
Unlike previous years, which had three days of events, this time it’s just two days, but that doesn’t mean it will be any less exciting. There will still be lots of things to do, just like before.
The festival also serves as a way of celebrating the rich culture of Tema. It will take place at its usual spot, Chemu Park in Tema Community 4.
It’s not just for fans of Sarkodie but for all music lovers in Ghana and beyond. You can expect great music performances, both from local and international artists. Plus, there will be food, art, and sports games to enjoy.
Making the announcement, Sarkodie wrote; “We BACK like we never left #ThisIsTema Festival 1st to 2nd December TEMA.”
The list of performers hasn’t been revealed yet, but Townflex Entertainment promises to share it once it’s confirmed.
Sarkodie recently released a brand new love song titled ‘Till We Die’ a love song that was released a few days ago and is making waves all over. Till We Die by Sarkodie features Nigerian singer Ruger on it. [Stream/Download] Mp3 Here.
