Ghanaian dancehall star Charles Nii Amarh Mensah Jnr aka Shatta Wale is in the news again, to address a statement made by rapper Sarkodie’s producer Possigee.
Possigee who was in UK with colleague Producer MOG Beatz on the invite of Sarkcess Music boss for a new project made some statements which got to Shatta and needed to be addressed.
According to the producer who was in an interview with Kobby Kyei revealed that the their visit to UK was to work on the biggest collaboration to ever happen in the history of Ghana music industry as rapper Sarkodie links up with RedBull Studios.
The producer stated that King Sark has featured one of the biggest acts in the world, and without mentioning the name of the artiste featured, he added that it was someone who is bigger than American rap star Jay Z”. watch interview below.
Shatta Wale on reacting to the statement made by Possigee took to social media on Friday evening, February 28th and did his thing as usual by trolling Sarkodie and his fans.
Shatta Wale in his post embedded below referred to the multiple award-winning rapper and his Sarknatives as fools. 🤔 Ahh but Wale too no force oo, fools s3n?
Why because according to him[Dancehall King] who collaborated with Beyoncé on the Already song released in 2019, said he never asked any of his boys to go around saying he has featured an artiste who is bigger than Rihanna, but rather he kept it on the low. Oh okay abi now you guys get am, meaning Sark dey rush eer 🤣
“When I featured on Beyoncé’s song ,I didn’t ask my boys to go around saying I have featured somebody bigger than rihanna .I kept it coded …Sarkodie you and your fans fool too much ..mun Jai gyimie nu and learn how to celebrate ones success” – he posted.
