At his sold-out 02 Indigo Concert in London, Medikal’s ex-girlfriend Sister Derby joined him on stage.
The fans went crazy as the ex-lovers performed on stage.
Several years after their split, Medikal reached out to Sister Derby about working together. He clarified that because Sister Deborah was the greatest fit for his song, he reached out to her for a feature.
The rapper went on to say that he had no trouble getting in touch with Sister Derby for the feature, and he quickly recorded and transmitted her verse.
He clarified that, contrary to what some Ghanaians had been speculating, neither his wife, Fella Makafui, nor they are experiencing marital difficulties.

Sister Deborah’s verse on “Cold and Trophies” was the best melody and feature, according to Medikal, who recognised this while the song was being recorded.
Even though it seemed obvious that Fella Makafui would attend to support him, she was never seen at the function.
Other performers that evening were Keche, Sarkodie, Efya, and Shatta Wale.
