Ghana’s Dancehall act Stonebwoy, in his meet the press agenda talked more about his exit from the VGMA scheme, how he feels after what happened and his beef with Shatta Wale.
Stonebwoy and his Team met with the media team at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Accra on Friday, February 7th, where he answered questions asked and also to alert the public regarding his upcoming album release with details.
According to the dancehall artiste, who wants to explain to his fans about his exit from the VGMA’s stated that he does not agree such that the power lies in award schemes in making music or a musician, and therefore mentioning his exit from the scheme makes him smile.

“Award schemes like VGMA comes in once a year and goes, but the musician have to do a million things a year to be able to retain the position before an award scheme will recognize and even work with them” – he said.
