The 19-kilometre (12 mi) highway that links Tema to Accra, the capital of Ghana, Tema Motorway is in a bad state heavily flooded.
The Tema Motorway is srious flooded beyong recognition following the heavy downpour Monday afternoon October 28.
The situation is very bad that some vehicles got stuck during an attempt to go through. In a video embedded below shows how bad and worse the traffic situation is.
