Marlena Velez, a popular TikTok mom vlogger with 415,000 followers, has been arrested for the second time after allegedly stealing from the same Target store in Florida.
Velez, 22, was initially arrested in late November for stealing merchandise from the store. Surveillance footage from her most recent alleged theft on November 30 shows her using a self-checkout register to scan false barcodes, taking items such as a rattan Christmas tree, festive ribbons, and children’s clothes, valued at $225.
Police were able to identify Velez based on her distinctive tattoos and a wallpaper image on her phone, leading to her arrest.

Authorities noted that while in jail after the first arrest, Velez was seen on security footage saying, “Lesson learned.”
Velez has been charged with petit theft and was released on a $500 bond. Her court date is set for December 10.
Despite her arrest, Velez continues to post content on home decor and parenting on TikTok, where she has built a large following.
