On Saturday, January 13, 2024, one person died in a fatal accident involving the Second Lady Samira Bawumia’s convoy.
But the Second Lady came out all right.
Reports state that the regrettable incident happened as Mrs. Bawumia was travelling back to the Ashanti from Accra to fulfil some prior commitments.

According to the report, a sprinter bus sadly collided with two cars after hers, but thankfully missed colliding with her entourage.
Samira Bawumia did not suffer any major injuries and was unharmed despite the seriousness of the accident.
Unfortunately, the collision claimed the life of one member of her entourage.
The individual who perished in the incident is reportedly one of Samira Bawumia’s devoted bodyguards.
