UCC Level 100 student Priscilla Owusu Achia killed by speeding vehicle [Full Details]

A Level 100 B.Com (HRM) student of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) identified as Priscilla Owusu Achia has died after getting hit by a  speeding vehicle.

This was made kown to the public in a newly released press statement posted on social media platforms and the official website of UCC, signed by Major Kofi Baah-Bentum (Rtd) Psc APR who is the DIRECTOR, PUBLIC AFFAIRS.

According to the statement, the first year student was hit by the speeding vehicle (Sprinter bus) at Ayensudo near the UCC Satellite Campus of the Nduom School of Business and Technology.

The Nineteen (19) year old, Priscilla Owusu Achia was in the company of her friends to buy some food items when the Sprinter bus which was overtaking another car hit her.

The incident happened on Saturday, 10th April, 2021 and she passed on Tuesday, 13th April, 2021 at about 11:30a.m.
