A disturbing case from Wisconsin has captured national attention, as a 17-year-old boy accused of killing his mother and stepfather is now suspected of plotting something far more sinister.
Nikita Casap was arrested on February 28 for the brutal murders of his mother, 35-year-old Tatiana Casap, and his stepfather, 51-year-old Donald Mayer. Authorities say that after committing the double homicide, Casap fled the state, which sparked a multi-agency manhunt and an intense investigation into his actions and motives.
According to federal documents obtained by Milwaukee’s Fox affiliate WITI, Casap’s intentions went beyond homicide. Investigators believe he was preparing for a violent political uprising and had drafted a detailed plan to assassinate U.S. President Donald Trump.
A three-page manifesto titled “Accelerate the Collapse” was discovered during a search of Casap’s digital devices. The disturbing document reportedly outlined a racially motivated revolution with the aim of “saving the white race” from what he described as “Jewish controlled” politicians. The manifesto included alarming references to Adolf Hitler and violent rhetoric such as “HAIL HITLER HAIL THE WHITE RACE HAIL VICTORY.”
Investigators say Casap had been in contact with an unidentified Russian national through encrypted Telegram messages. One classmate interviewed during the investigation told authorities that Casap often spoke about overthrowing the U.S. government and killing the President.
The manifesto contained explicit language suggesting that the planned attack would directly target Trump and potentially the Vice President, stating clearly, “this manifesto is specifically for the attack that targets Trump.”
Federal investigators also tied Casap to the Order of Nine Angles (O9A)—a radical, far-right, and satanic group known for promoting terrorism, anti-Semitism, and even child exploitation. The FBI classifies O9A as an extremist cult that thrives on chaos and promotes societal destruction.
Further searches of Casap’s devices revealed he had already purchased a drone and materials intended for making explosives. These items, authorities believe, were part of a larger plan to carry out a domestic terror attack.
Investigators suggest that the murders of his parents may have been financially motivated. Casap allegedly killed them to gain access to funds necessary to support his extremist goals.
Reports also indicate that he had tried to recruit others to join his radical plans in the months leading up to the double homicide.
Nikita Casap is currently being held without bail. He is facing nine felony charges, including two counts of first-degree intentional homicide and two counts of hiding a corpse. His arraignment is scheduled for May 9 in a Wisconsin court.
