You can succeed in life if you have passion and determination: Tobinco boss advises

The executive chairman of the Tobinco Group of Companies, Elder Nana Amo Tobbin I, has urged young people and Ghanaians, in general, to ignore their underprivileged family backgrounds and believe in their selves in order to succeed in life.

The Chairman of the Takoradi Technical University Governing Council Nana Amo Tobbin 1 gave these beautiful pieces of advice at the most recent 2022 Wisdom Summit in Accra.

The successful businessman and motivational speaker inspired the youth to have faith in their abilities and put in extra effort to break the cycle of poverty in their households.

He believes that young people in Ghana and Africa as a whole can accomplish everything they set their minds to, so long as they believe in themselves.

Furthermore, The business mogul claimed that if today’s youth applied themselves with passion and devotion, they could succeed to greater heights in a variety of fields.

“(God) has given wealth to everybody, so it is not something we have to struggle to get. But one very important thing is that you do not undermine yourself. Do not underrate yourself. Have the belief that what someone has achieved, you can also achieve.

“The path to having health is determined by the person in question. There is no difference between myself and any of you here. The first thing you must know is that you should not think I am rich because I am better than you. You can do whatever you want to do in life,” he added.
