Former Germany international and Chelsea star, Michael Ballack, 48, has announced his intention to pursue legal action following false reports that claims that his 23-year-old partner, Sophia Schneiderhan, was previously in a serious relationship with his late son.

Meanwhile, his son, Emilio passed away at the age of 18 in a fatal quad biking accident in Lisbon.
