Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar Cephus, better known as Cardi B, has stated that she does not want her children to be in situations that she happens to find herself in.
The American rapper, who has been thinking about how she does not want her children to live the same lifestyle as her, resorted to Twitter to express her feelings.
She tweeted on Twitter that “I’ve been thinking too much and too hard because I don’t want my kids to end up in the same scenario like me,”.
Cardi B, as she is known professionally, is married to Offset. Together, they have two children. A son and a daughter. Back in her youthful days, the American songwriter used to work as a dancer in an American strip joint.
Moreover, Cardi B claims she became a stripper to escape poverty and domestic violence. This occurred after she was being forced out of her mother’s home.
As result, dancing was the only way she could make enough money to get out of the situation and get an education.
