Information gathered by Townflex has it that there has been a car crash at Adeiso in the Eastern Region of Ghana leading to the loss of one, while over 20 other were sustaining severely injured.
The accident happened at about 4:00 pm Tuesday, August 31, 2021. Involving a Kia truck with registration number GW 1364-12 crashing three cars with registration numbers GG 2043, GT-5911-18, and GT -5175-12.
Even though the cause of the accident is yet to be identified, according to a narration from an eyewitness, Kia truck with registration number GW 1364-12 was transporting Sachet water, believed it was brake failure, it failed to brake while descending from Adeiso Police station leading to it crushing three other cars.

The impact forced one of the vehicles to run into a shop killing a female occupant in the shop and also later the Kia Rhino car scattering some okada riders parked at the roadside.
According to reports has been identified as Eunice Anom, she passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at the Nsawam Government Hospital where she was receiving treatment.
Amongst the over 20 injured persons includes one pregnant woman and they are all in critical condition and therefore referred to the Nsawam government hospital to receive treatment.
As it stands, the remains of the deceased have been deposited at the Nsawam Government Hospital morgue for preservation and autopsy.
