Maccasio, the Ghanaian singer and dancer, has taken to social media to exhibit his displeasure.
This is as a result of organizers of 3Music Awards failing to include his name on the recently released list of nominees for the 2022 3music awards.
Nominees have finally been announced by the Organizers of the annual 3Music Award which is a Ghanaian music awards ceremony held annually since 2018 to celebrate Ghanaian music. It was established by the 3music Network with Media General TV3 as broadcasters.

The 3Music Awards 2022 Nominations were announced on Friday night, February 11, 2022, held as a live event that streamed on the official social media account (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram pages) of the organizers and was hosted by Ghanaian media personality, Mzgee.

Maccasio registering his displeasure took to his official Twitter account to portray his anger as to why this was so after noticing his name failed to make the list.
In a message, he asserted that he is bigger than 70% of the artists who were nominated.
The organizers, according to Maccasio, who hails from the Northern Region, could do better in selecting artistes to be nominated.
The Northern sensation wrote that; “Why do 3music awards keep sidelining us? Is it Accra artistes awards or Ghana awards? I am bigger than 70 percent of artists nominated… Don’t tell me u don’t know my songs. My fans know my songs n they are all Ghanaians. Pls, do better. @3musicAwards,”
