The dominant team in Ghana’s Premier League, Asante Kotoko, have sadly lost their second exhibition game in Sudan.

The football squad arrived in Sudan over the weekend to start the second phase of preseason workouts in front of the 2022–2023 football season.

With the first of four exhibition games on Tuesday, Asante Kotoko’s trip got underway. After a full game, the Sudanese team Al Hilal defeated the Porcupine Warriors 2-0.

Asante Kotoko played them again today as retaliation against their adversary.

Since they began playing full-time, the outcome has become worse. Al Hilal upset the current Ghana Premier League winners 5-0 after a superb effort.

After today’s match, Asante Kotoko will play two more exhibition games before returning to Ghana.

They will compete against the Tanzanian team Simba SC on Sunday.
