Ronaldo, 37, was a free agent after leaving Premier League giants Manchester United last month after an explosive televised interview in which he declared he felt betrayed by the Old Trafford club and did not respect its Dutch manager Erik ten Hag.

The soccer icon born with his legal name Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro GOIH ComM is currently aged 37, and his play at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar may be his last world cup as he already has plans of retiring at age 40 which makes exact match for the three-year deal with Al Nassr FC
