Just as many are hailing DMW record boss, Davido following his successful London O2 Arena concert, he has been hit with a fine for flaunting the curfew imposed on the venue.

The O2 Arena is a multi-purpose indoor arena in the centre of The O2 entertainment complex on the Greenwich Peninsula in southeast London. It opened in its present form in 2007. It has the second-highest seating capacity of any indoor venue in the United Kingdom, behind the Manchester Arena, and in 2008 was the world’s busiest music arena.

According to a new report intercepted by Townflex, it appears that the DMW boss, OBO, Davido born with his legal name as David Adeleke, was taken on legally as a fine of £340,000 waa handed to him for flaunting the laws of the venue.

According to a post by Marvin Abbey, who is London based Social Media Influencer, and also was an attendee at the event said Davido who was supposed to end his sold-out show at 11pm, but did not.

Marvin’s post on Twitter then revealed that Davido was ended the show at around 11:34pm and was fined £340,000 issued by local council for the extra 34 minutes he continued his show which every minute with a charge of £10,000.

“Davido was supposed to finish his concert at the O2 @ 11pm. The O2 have a strict 11pm curfew. For every minute you go past 11pm you have to pay £10,000. Davido said he don’t care. He finished the concert at 23:34. That’s £340,000 fine. Mental! 😂😂.” he wrote.

Marvel n again made a follow-up post to clear the air on those bashing him for just making something up, as he shared instances where to ge likes of Justin Bieber, and also Rolling Stone were all fined for the same reason which flaunting the Curfew imposed on the venue.

“For all the people saying I’m lying about the Davido tweet 🙄😅. The O2 curfew is nothing new. Read up on it, I don’t have time to argue. The Rolling Stones & Justin Bieber have also been fined in the past. It’s actually Greenwich council that issue the fine.” he added.
