Superstar David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, hails from Nigeria and has been named an honorary citizen of the United States of America, namely Georgia.
The House of Representatives recognised Davido, who was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, as a “Outstanding Georgia Citizen.”
In the August house, there was a ceremony and he received a citation.

Revealing this, Davido shared a post on his Instagram.
“This morning I attended the U.S. state of Georgia General Assembly meeting with the Georgia House of Representatives and Georgia State senate to be recognized as an ‘Outstanding Georgia Citizen’…God is good,” Davido wrote.
