Declan Rice has turned down two new contract offers from West Ham amid Manchester United and Chelsea interest.

Declan Rice, 22, is keen to move to a big team where he can get Champions League games next season, Both Manchester United and Chelsea are interested in the England midfielder and it is believed he will make a decision on joining one of the two big teams for that dream spot.

West Ham value Rice at £100m, rumor’s says that Rice would be disappointed if the club reject any offers of £60m or over.

Declan Rice’s still has three years left on his current contract, with the option of an extra year, but West Ham would like to tie him down to a new, big-money contract to avoid interest from the likes of United and Chelsea.

With United’s £72.9million Jadon Sancho deal nearly over the line, they could soon switch their attention to sealing a deal for Rice.

Chelsea would provide competition, though their need for a defensive midfielder is not as great with Jorginho and N’Golo Kante at the club.

Former boss Frank Lampard wanted to sign Rice last summer, with the club not as keen on a deal, but it is believed that his successor Thomas Tuchel is a big fan of Rice too.
