A Florida woman has recently filed a lawsuit accusing music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs of drugging, sexually assaulting her, and later getting her pregnant.
The complaint, filed on September 27th in New York Supreme Court, claims that Combs engaged in these acts repeatedly over a span of four years, starting in 2020.
The woman, listed as Jane Doe to protect her identity, alleges that Combs not only assaulted her but also intimidated and harassed her in the years following the assaults. She seeks damages for the emotional and physical suffering she endured due to Combs’ actions.
According to the complaint, the disturbing incidents began in 2020 and allegedly continued until July 2024. Jane Doe claims Combs would force her to travel with him, often sending drivers to her house without her prior consent.

She describes being forced into sexual encounters, which she claims were recorded without her permission by Combs or his associates.
The lawsuit also alleges that Combs drugged her multiple times during these encounters, using alcohol and other unknown substances, including an incident where she unknowingly ingested ketamine at his Los Angeles home in 2022.
That spring, during a visit to see Combs in Miami, she claimed “she woke up and her feet were purple and bruised and she had a bite mark on her heel” and did not know how she sustained those injuries, the complaint claims.
One of the most distressing claims in the complaint is that Jane Doe became pregnant as a result of the alleged assaults. She states that after taking a pregnancy test, Combs’ associates pressured her into having an abortion. However, she later suffered a miscarriage.
The lawsuit goes on to describe how Combs allegedly forced her to continue seeing him, and at one point, made her “perform a show” for him during their encounters. Jane Doe claims these events left her with lasting psychological trauma, including anxiety and depression.
She said she wishes to remain anonymous because she fears “embarrassment and further psychological damage if her identity” became public knowledge. She described herself as an adult over the age of 18 and younger than 55.
This lawsuit adds to the growing list of legal issues facing Sean “Diddy” Combs. Earlier in September, on 17th, he was charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and other criminal activities after getting arrested on the 16th.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to these charges and is currently being held without bail.
The 14-page federal indictment against Combs detailed how he allegedly orchestrated and filmed elaborate sexual performances.
The new civil suit adds to these allegations, with Jane Doe claiming that Combs recorded their encounters without her knowledge or consent, further exacerbating her mental health struggles.
Jane Doe says she wishes to remain anonymous, fearing public embarrassment and psychological damage if her identity were revealed.
