This latest complaint adds to a long list of allegations against the music tycoon, who is already facing multiple sexual assault claims.

According to court documents, Graves said that Combs and his chief of security, Joseph Sherman, brought her to the Bad Boy Records facility in New York City under false pretenses. Graves, then 25, was dating one of Combs’ staffers when the alleged incident occurred.

Prior to that, she claimed she got call from Combs, who wanted to meet her for some discussions, which were about helping his boyfriend who worked for the rapper by then so she agreed and went.

“It was evidently a sick and twisted way of using his ownership of and title at Bad Boy and its affiliate entities to abuse Plaintiff and also show his power and ability to humiliate her boyfriend, his executive,” the lawsuit claims.

Graves said she was cornered upon arrival. She further claims that both men gave her a drink that was likely drugged, causing her to briefly lose consciousness. When she woke up, Graves said she found herself bound and restrained, only to be sexually assaulted by both men. As she shouted for help, Sherman allegedly slammed her face down into a pool table.

“In retrospect, it is clear that Combs had caused a drug to be put into Plaintiff’s drink, as a few sips of wine had never impacted her that way,” the lawsuit claims.

“Shortly thereafter, Combs entered the room naked,” the lawsuit says. “He then bent [Graves] over the table, causing her feet to dangle above the floor. He then forcefully held her down and anally penetrated her without her consent…” [Graves] was unable to move, totally overcome physically, and chained and drugged.”

Graves claims she screamed in pain, but Combs ignored her and continued the alleged vicious assault, banging her head into the pool table as she attempted to flee. Graves claims she lost consciousness again, and when she recovered, Sherman allegedly slapped her many times and forced her to have oral sex.

According to the docs, the assault had long-term consequences for Graves’ mental health. She got suicidal and went through years of intensive therapy. Despite the treatments, Graves continues to suffer from severe sadness, anxiety, and panic attacks.

Graves claimed the reason she did not report the event was for fear of punishment from Combs, whom she says threatened her following the attack. Her trauma reappeared in November 2023, after she discovered that Combs and Sherman had recorded the alleged attack. According to her, the video was shared with other men to humiliate her.

This is the 11th sexual assault case brought against Combs in the past year. In November 2023, his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura accused him of rape and physical abuse over their 10-year relationship, sparking a wave of legal action.

Although the two settled the case within 24 hours, a video released in May 2024 revealed Combs physically beating Ventura in a hotel hallway, lending legitimacy to her allegations.

The multiple allegations against Combs sparked the interest of federal authorities. In March 2024, Homeland Security launched an investigation, and the FBI raided Combs’ houses in Los Angeles and Miami, discovering firearms and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil. Combs was ultimately caught and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution, Combs was arrested on September 16th.
