Costco Denies Selling Diddy 1,000 Bottles of Baby Oil After Lawyer Names Store

Costco has responded and denied claims of selling 1,000 baby oils to disgraced American rapper, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.

This comes hours after Comb’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilio came out with an explanation as to why such amount of baby Oils was found in the rapper’s raided mansions, he suggested that the 54-year-old rapper may have purchased them from Costco.

He made this known in an exclusive to The New York Post. “I don’t think it was 1,000. I think it was a lot. I mean, there is a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know.” Marc told The New York Post.

The defense lawyer went on to say “And you know these are consensual adults doing what consensual adults do, you know, we can’t get so puritanical in this country to think that somehow sex is a bad thing because if it was there would be no more people.”

Costco Denies Claims

Responding to claims by Diddy’s Attorney, Costco denied the rapper purchased babby oil from their stores, this was revealed by a rep of Costco to TMZ.

However, Research also shows that the company does not sell baby oil, even though it does sell other baby products like hair and cleansing gel. Similarly, a check of Sam’s Club, another major retailer, showed no baby oil listed for sale.

Sean Diddy Combs was arrested on September 16th, his arrest followed a series of allegations, starting with a lawsuit by Combs’ ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, who accused him of rape and physical abuse. The lawsuit was settled a day after it went public, but more claims soon emerged.

According to the indictment, some of these so-called “Freak Offs” lasted days, forcing participants, including Combs, to receive IV fluids due to exhaustion and drug use.

In addition to the sexual assault charges, investigators seized a large amount of incriminating material, including videos, narcotics, firearms, and ammunition, during searches on his properties.

Three AR-15 rifles with defaced serial numbers were among the firearms, adding to the founder of Bad Boy Records’ legal issues.

If convicted, Combs faces up to life in prison, with a mandatory minimum of 15 years.

Despite his attorneys proposing a $50 million bond and house arrest, U.S. Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky sided with the prosecution and denied Combs’ release as his bail request has been denied twice already.

The rapper is, however, scheduled to reappear before court for his next hearing on Wednesday, October 9, 2024.
