Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing mounting legal troubles as his accuser, Adria English, takes her battle against the music mogul to new heights.

English, who initially filed a civil lawsuit against Diddy, is now stepping up her efforts by involving law enforcement in her claims.

English had previously sued Diddy, accusing him of sex-trafficking her during one of his notorious White Parties in the early 2000s.

The accusations, shocking in their details, included allegations that Diddy and his associates provided her with alcohol laced with ecstasy and coerced her into engaging in sexual acts. However, until now, these claims had not been formally reported to the police.

Recently, English filed a police report with the Miami Beach Police Department, recounting the same disturbing allegations outlined in her lawsuit.

Despite the seriousness of the claims, law enforcement sources have indicated that there is currently insufficient evidence to pursue criminal charges against Diddy for human trafficking or other related crimes. As a result, Diddy remains free of criminal charges, at least for the time being.

The report, however, is not the end of the road for this case. Miami Beach PD detectives have taken English’s account seriously, and the matter is expected to be handed over to federal authorities who are also investigating the claims against the rapper.

Ariel Mitchell, English’s lawyer, expressed cautious optimism about the ongoing legal process, stating that they are hopeful about the outcome as the case progresses through the judicial system.

English had planned to file an additional police report in New York City, where she claims her initial encounter with Diddy and his entourage took place around 2004. At the time, English, performing under the stage name Omunique, was working as a go-go dancer at Diddy’s White Parties.

She alleges that she initially took the job with the hopes of securing a modeling opportunity for her then-boyfriend, but claims that her boyfriend refused to perform sexual acts on Diddy in exchange for the job.

The filing of the New York police report has been delayed due to the requirement for English’s physical presence. Once filed, this report is expected to further complicate Diddy’s legal challenges.

In response to these allegations, Diddy’s lawyer, Jonathan Davis, has firmly denied all claims against his client. Davis emphasized that the number of lawsuits or police reports will not change the fact that Diddy has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone.

He also highlighted the importance of the judicial process in uncovering the truth, expressing confidence that Diddy will prevail against what he described as “baseless claims.”

The situation continues to develop as English’s legal team prepares for the next steps in what has become a high-profile battle. As the case unfolds, all eyes will be on how both sides present their evidence and arguments in the court of law.
