Lawyer Claims Diddy’s Celebrity Accomplices Paying Off Victims To Avoid Being Mentioned In Lawsuit

Attorney Tony Buzbee who is currently representing over 120 alleged victims of Sean “Diddy” Combs, has revealed that several A-list celebrities, who were reportedly involved in or had knowledge of Diddy’s alleged sex crimes, have quietly settled with victims to avoid public exposure.

These settlements according to the lawyer aim to shield celebrities from being named in lawsuits that could come to light.

In a statement made to TMZ, Buzbee disclosed that he did contact various celebrities linked to Combs’ alleged freak-offs to “resolve matters” privately. These high-profile individuals are being warned that their names may be publicly exposed if they fail to settle.

The attorney emphasized that anyone who attended the events, witnessed or participated in the incidents, or helped cover them up, should be held accountable.

“If you were attending one of these parties […] and you attended before or you knew what was going to happen — that is, you knew that a particular drug was being used in drinks that was causing people to be coerced and taken advantage of — and you were there in the room or you participated or you watched it happen and didn’t say anything or you helped cover it up, in my view, you have a problem.” Buzbee Said.

He added that many people attended these events without speaking out, which makes them complicit in his view. He further confirmed that he plans to hold all those involved accountable.

Buzbee explained that to protect the best interests of the victims, his legal team strives to resolve cases without going to court. “In every case, especially those like this, we collect evidence, conduct due diligence, and spend time with the victims.

“If it’s in the victim’s best interest, we aim to resolve the matter without public lawsuits, and we’ve successfully done that already,” Buzbee added.

He revealed that a number of well-known individuals have opted to settle quietly, with more expected to follow. However, if those who have received demand letters choose not to settle, their names could be revealed through public lawsuits. This would expose their involvement, adding more scrutiny to an already high-profile case.

These developments come on the heels of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest in New York City.  Sean Diddy Combs was arrested on September 16th following allegations of rape and physical abuse. His indictment revealed that state Homeland Security Investigations agents seized pills, baby oil, and lubricant used in Combs’ “freak offs” during March 25 raids on his properties.

Additionally, AR-15 firearms and large-capacity magazines were recovered. Over 90 smartphones, computers, cloud storage accounts, and storage devices were seized. Prosecutors have dozens of films of Combs’ “freak offs” that corroborate witness testimony.

The allegations against Combs first gained traction in November 2023 when his ex-girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, filed a lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault and physical abuse during their decade-long relationship.

Although Diddy settled the case the next day and denied any wrongdoing, a disturbing video from 2016 surfaced in May 2024, showing him violently attacking Ventura. The release of this footage forced him to issue a public apology, though his legal troubles have since escalated.

Combs who has been denied bail twice already is expected to appear in court on October 9. Check Out Latest Diddy News Here.
