Popular Nigerian Disk Jockey, Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, professionally known as DJ Cuppy finally files a lawsuit against Davido’s aide “Afeare Isreal” over his defamatory statement against her.
In our previous post regarding this particular issue where we share with you how angry the female DJ was after Isreal DMW claimed in his Instagram post that she owes an artiste money, (claims she did not pay Zlatan Ibile for his feature on her hit single “Gelato”).
The popular DJ who felt disrespected by such allegations labeled against her responded with a vow where she promised to sue Isreal for what he said.
In the new developments, the lawyers of DJ Cuppy have finally filed a lawsuit, and in the suit, they are demanding a withdrawal of his statement which will be publicly shared, and a letter of undertaking to cease and desist from publishing these allegations or similar allegations.
And also, compensation or further actions will be taken against him if he fails to respond within five days of receiving the notice.
