Popular Nigerian movie star, actress, Eucharia Anunobi has taken to social media where she slammed Nigerian celebrities who usually post pictures and videos of themselves building mansions in villages where they barely stay.
According to a video that was shared on the Nollywood actress’ official and Verified Instagram account on Thursday, January 20, 2022, she thinks it is foolishness.
Speaking the truth which she claims, she said it will be very okay if you are building a house where u will stay and wake up every morning.

“You may not like it but that’s the truth. If it is a house where you live and wake up every morning and look at the windows and look at the door handles and they are made of gold, silver, and brass, fantastic!” she said
What really bothers her is when the mansion built it built in the village where even the person who built it barely stays, taking the village for example just using billions on Naira is what she sees to be foolishness.
“But you go and sink in your village where you rarely stay, house, houses, or an empire that you have suck in billions of naira where you would rarely stay, is that not foolishness?” she added.
Apostle Eucharia Anunobi also added that it will be a good thing even if the money used in building the mansions will be used to set up a real estate housing project or even building apartments that can be rented out to others who are in search of places to stay.
“Why build monumental monuments as village homes that you don’t live in regularly but visit once or twice a year, and where you may not even retire to , or even if you eventually retire to it , it’s manageability becomes a big problem. Why don’t you rather invest in building estates and provide affordable housing for humanity ‼️❗‼️ John 8 : 32 , Proverbs 4 : 5 – 7”.
She then advised people to seek from wisdom and guidance from God almighty before taking certain decisions.
