Actor Ezra Miller again for the 2nd time in 3 weeks “second-degree assault”

The year of 2022 might not be a good year for ‘The Flash’ actor, Ezra Miller as less than six months as the year kicked-start he has been arrested for the second time.

His second arrest coming in three weeks time after first arrest back in March took place on Tuesday at around 1:00 am after finding himself in a legal trouble in Hawaii.

The 29-year-old actor who played ‘the Flash’ in the DC Extended Universe, and in films such as Justice League and Suicide Squad, and TV’s The Arrow according to a statement by the Hawaii Police Department was apprehended for an alleged second-degree assault at a residence in Pahoa, a town in Hawaii.

It will be recalled that in less than a month, we published an article on Townflex announcing the arrest of the actor on March 28th, 2022 in Hawaii after involving himself in a bar fight.

As it stands, the actor has however been released pending investigation.

Below reads, the statement from the Hawaii Polic Department published on their official website in regards to the arrest.

At 1:10 a.m., Puna patrol officers responded to a report of an assault that occurred at a get together at a private residence in the Leilani Estates subdivision in lower Puna.

During the course of their investigation, police determined that the individual, later identified as Ezra Miller, became irate after being asked to leave and reportedly threw a chair, striking a 26-year-old female on the forehead, resulting in an approximate half-inch cut.

The female victim refused treatment for her injury.

Miller, who identifies as they/them, was subsequently arrested at 1:30 a.m. for Assault in the second degree after being located on the roadway during a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 130 and Kukula Street in Kea‘au.

After conferring with the County Prosecutor’s Office, at 4:05 a.m. on Tuesday morning Miller was released pending further investigation. This is an active investigation.
