The fourth installment (Chapter 4) of the American neo-noir action thriller film John Wick directed by Chad Stahelski and written by Shay Hatten and Michael Finch is about to hit theaters very soon.

This coming edition serves as the fourth installment in the John Wick film series, and the Chapter 4 is the sequel to John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum which was released back in 2019.

About The John Wick (character)
John Wick is a fictional character created by Derek Kolstad, and the titular protagonist of the neo-noir action thriller film series John Wick, portrayed by Keanu Reeves. John is a legendary hitman who had retired until a gang invades his house, steals his car, and kills the puppy that his late wife Helen had given him.
This sets him on a path of revenge, returning him to the criminal underworld and eventually coming into conflict with the international organization of assassins of which he was once a part
John Wick Movie Plot
John Wick first came out on October 24, 2014, as the assassin was brought out of retirement to avenge his poor dead puppy. And in John Wick: Chapter 2 released on February 9, 2017, he had to fulfil an old blood oath. Then in John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum also released on May 17, 2019, he fought the High Table, so what’s next for the deadly assassin?
Chapter 3 ended with a severely wounded John Wick being taken to an underground bunker by The Tick Tock Man (Jason Mantzoukas) to Bowery King (Laurence Fishburne), where they agreed that the High Table sucks.
Winston (Ian McShane) left John for dead as he hoped to remain manager of The Continental and in good favour with the High Table. So, in Chapter 4, we hope to see a joining of forces between Bowery King and John Wick.
Chad Stahleski told Collider that the film will serve as something like a conclusion for the series.
“I think Chapter 4 is a good continuation of all three previous films, and it’s got a bit of a conclusion to it, which is great,” Stahleski explained.
“We introduce a ton of new characters that have a lot to say about John Wick from his past and from, obviously, present. I think it’s brotherhood; it’s hope. It’s what life would really be like as a bit of an existential crisis with John, and I think that’s the fun part of the movie.”
Why Chapter 4 Was Delayed Earlier?
Originally scheduled for May 21, 2021, and rumored to be released on the same day as The Matrix 4, John Wick: Chapter 4 has been plagued by a slew of Covid-related delays.
John Wick Chapter 4 Release Date (2023)
John Wick: Chapter 4 will be released in theaters on March 24, 2023. This was revealed in a video announcement in December 2021.
