In a significant ruling, a judge has mandated that a woman who filed sexual assault allegations against music mogul Diddy must reveal her identity by November 13 or risk having her case dismissed.
The woman, referred to as “Jane Doe,” claims Diddy sexually assaulted her in 2004.
Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil stated that the accuser has not sufficiently demonstrated a valid reason for remaining anonymous in a lawsuit against a high-profile individual.
Her decision emphasizes the legal expectation for plaintiffs to disclose their identities when making serious allegations of this nature.

This case comes amid a wave of accusations against Diddy, with attorney Tony Buzbee recently announcing he represents 120 individuals planning to take legal action against the music executive.
Following this, Diddy’s legal team responded, with one attorney emphasizing that the artist cannot address every baseless claim amid what they termed a “reckless media circus.”
“Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors,” attorney Erica Wolff stated.
She expressed confidence that the truth will emerge based on evidence, not speculation.
The judge’s ruling follows Diddy facing two additional lawsuits alleging sexual abuse involving minors, further complicating his legal challenges.
The outcome of this case hinges on whether Jane Doe will comply with the court’s order to disclose her identity.
