Kick-off time for Asante Kotoko vs Hearts of Oak clash changed [See Details]

The Ghana Premier League Matchday 24 game between Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC vs Accra Hearts of Oak SC has now been scheduled to come off at 3 pm on Sunday, April 10, 2022.

The clash between the two teams was originally scheduled for kick-off at 6:00 pm but has been revised by the authorities due to safety measures.

The change in time comes following advise from the Ghana Police Service, the body responsible for enforcing/regulating law and order in the country as they deem it best for the game to start and end early due to the long history between the two teams in regards to security issues whenever they meet.

This game will be held at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi, the Ashanti region of Ghana.

The Match Coordination meeting will be held at 10 am on Sunday at the Baba Yara Stadium according to GFA.

The first meeting in Accra ended 0-0 before Hearts defeated league leaders 2-1 to win President’s Cup.
