Ghanaian rapper, Emmanuel Kofi Botchwey, better known by his stage name Kwaw Kese speaks on his beef with colleague rapper, Sarkodie.

Speaking on Okay FM’s Ekwansodwoodwoo show hosted by Abeiku Santana, the rapper was asked why does he hate Sarkodie so much that he doesn’t even wanna hear his name being mentioned.

Responding to the question, Kwaw said he is one of the biggest fans of his colleague rapper, but his problem with him is that he does not show him [Kwaw] love back like how he does to him.

According to Kwaw Kese, Sarkodie does not show him, love, adding that there are some people you do not have to go through someone before you see them. There are times you will send him messages and he will not get back by replying to the message even after seeing it, and sometimes too it will take him a long time to respond.

Kwaw revealed that he and Sarkodie goes a long way, from way back even before he became Sarkodie, even at the time where no one was ready to take him to the studio, he Kwaw will take him to the studio at his own expense, so he deserves back the love he has shown to him.

Kwaw went on to say that his relationship with the dancehall act Shatta Wale is a loving one compared with that of him and Sark. He disclosed to Abeiku Santana that the misunderstandings he has been having with Shatta is all on social media, but they both vibe together whenever they meet, the love they share is massive.

The rapper went on to speak more about the industry saying there is no love in the Ghanaian Music Industry, it is full of hate, there are friends who will laugh with you but behind it, it is hate.

According to him the only person who he clicks with more in the Ghanaian Music Industry is reggae/dancehall recording artist, the Bhimnation boss, Stonebwoy, saying apart from him the rest are all fake.

“Me i;ve have more for Sark, I’ve done more shows to the level wey, we travel go do show for Yankee we ebi me naa my money I take book ticket back. I didn’t take a penny, I’ve done shows for him all over so he for show me that respect back. that’s all i want from him” – Kwaw Said.

He concluded by saying for now he is not going to show love to anyone who does not show him, love.
