Well, they’re claiming she was fashionably late for a show in New York last month, like more than two hours fashionably late. Ouch!

According to court docs, the show was supposed to kick off at 8:30 PM on all three nights, but nope, it didn’t start until after 10:30 PM, wrapping up around 1:00 AM. Now, Fellows and Hadden are saying they wouldn’t have dropped cash on those tickets if they knew they’d be partying that late.

They’re pointing fingers at Live Nation, the event big shots, and the Barclays Center, the fancy venue, accusing them of pulling a fast one with false advertising, misrepresentation, and shady trade practices.

These guys are painting a picture of the struggle for folks who attended on a weekday. Picture this: getting up early the next day for work or family duties after a late-night shindig. Not cool, right?

The legal saga began with Fellows and Hadden going to the December 13, 2023 show, but hold on – the court docs spill the tea that other nights at the same spot, on December 14 and 16, were also late starters.

They’re throwing shade at the organizers for not giving any heads up about the delayed start, leaving ticket holders waiting around for hours.

And get this – Madonna apparently has a track record of being fashionably late to her own gigs. We’re talking hours late, citing examples from her Rebel Heart Tour in 2016 and the Madame X Tour in 2019-2020. Talk about making an entrance!

Now, Fellows and Hadden are suing for damages, keeping it hush-hush on the dollar figure. This isn’t the first time fans have called out Madonna for tardiness; someone filed a lawsuit in 2019 but dropped it a month later.

In the same year, Madonna defended her punctuality (or lack thereof) by saying, “A queen is never late.” Well, that’s one way to spin it!

Madonna’s Celebration tour, jam-packed with over 40 of her greatest hits, was a hit across the US, Canada, and Europe. But let’s not forget her health scare last summer, where she had a brush with unconsciousness due to a nasty bacterial infection. That pushed the tour start from July to October. Life’s full of twists and turns, even for the Queen of Pop!
