Mohamed Salah has made history once again by surpassing Thierry Henry on the Premier League’s all-time top scorers list.
The Egyptian forward’s goal in Liverpool’s 4-1 victory over Ipswich Town on January 25 moved him into seventh place with 176 career goals.
The 32-year-old Salah, who has been in excellent form this season under manager Arne Slot, now stands just one goal behind Chelsea legend Frank Lampard, who has 177.
Salah’s achievement also sees him leapfrog Arsenal icon Thierry Henry, who had previously held the seventh spot with 175 goals.

Salah’s goal against Ipswich came in the 35th minute, contributing to Liverpool’s commanding win that kept them six points clear at the top of the Premier League table.

The Reds are currently leading second-place Arsenal, as Salah continues to shine this season, with 13 assists and leading the race for the Golden Boot, ahead of Manchester City’s Erling Haaland and Newcastle’s Alexander Isak.
In addition to his remarkable goal tally, Salah has now become the second-highest-scoring overseas player in Premier League history, trailing only Sergio Agüero, who sits atop that list with 184 goals.
With the 260-goal record of Alan Shearer still in sight, Salah’s place in Premier League history looks more secure with every passing season.
